Brunch | 10 am – 3 pm
Special: Savory tiger shrimp crepes with sweet pepper hollandaise and crispy prosciutto.
Sip: Huckleberry Fizz – Huckleberry vodka, fresh lemon, and our house-made hibiscus rosehip syrup.
Dinner | 5 pm – 10 pm
Entrée: Lobster & tiger shrimp scampi with citrus-infused spiral zucchini.
Dessert: Orange cheesecake mousse with candied carrots and cinnamon crunch.
Sip: High Desert Bee – Gypsum-made dry gin, lemon juice, and house-made ginger honey syrup.
