Meet The Chef
Chef Kenneth Kinser was raised in Paonia on the Western Slope of Colorado, forming a strong appreciation for the region. He honed his skills at the nationally recognized Yard House restaurant group where he moved up the ranks to become an Executive Chef. He then went on to become the Executive Chef at the immensely popular Needle Rock Brewing Co. After learning about the unique opportunity at Devil's Kitchen in beautiful Grand Junction, he knew he couldn't pass up the chance to serve as an Executive Chef, leading both the Devil's Kitchen team, as well as work closely with culinary students from Colorado Mesa University.
